TPP Recruitment is supporting a national charity to recruit an Interim Head of Governance and Company Secretary. This is a senior, part-time position working closely with the Chief Executive, trustees and senior leadership team. You will provide immediate support and stability across governance, company secretarial duties, regulatory compliance and risk management. The role offers 21 hours per week, with flexibility around the working pattern. Key responsibilities Coordinate Board and trustee meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and actions Provide clear governance advice to trustees and senior leaders Maintain statutory records and oversee regulatory filings Ensure compliance with governing documents, charity law and regulatory requirements Maintain and review governance policies, frameworks and internal controls Manage the organisational risk register and support effective risk management Support trustee induction, development and Board effectiveness Monitor relevant legal and regulatory changes Provide governance and project support to the Chief Executive and leadership team Support audit, due ..... full job details .....
