Hybrid working will be two days a week in the London office and three from home. This is a pivotal role for an organisation committed to tackling child poverty through research, policy, and advocacy. The role: Refresh and implement the fundraising strategy aligned with the mission and strategic priorities. Lead and manage the fundraising team, setting clear objectives and ensuring each individual team member''s professional development. Deliver on fundraising targets by driving forward the pipeline of bids. Lead on the implementation and delivery of fundraising across various portfolios meeting fundraising objectives and KPIs.
