Robert Half are working with a leading organisation within the education and not-for-profit sector is seeking an experienced Interim Head of FPandA to step into a critical leadership role at short notice.This is a high-impact assignment requiring an individual who can quickly assess, stabilise and enhance financial planning and reporting processes, while providing clear insight to senior stakeholders.INTERIM HEAD OF FINANCIAL PLANNING and ANALYSISSouth West (On-Site)£400 - £500 per day (inside IR35)Immediate Start 3-6 Month ContractThe RoleReporting to the Director of Finance, you will take ownership of the organisation''s FPandA function during a key period of planning and financial oversight.This is an on-site role, requiring a strong physical presence to engage with stakeholders, support the finance team and drive improvements at pace.You will be expected to operate with minimal handover, quickly building credibility and delivering value from day one.Key Priorities (First 3-6 Months)Lead and deliver the budgeting and forecasting cycleReview and strengthen financial models and forecasting accuracyImprove management reporting, KPIs and insight for senior leadershipProvide scenario analysis and decision support during a period of changeSupport and guide a small FPandA teamIdentify quick wins in process improvement, automation and data qualityKey ResponsibilitiesOwn rolling forecasts, variance analysis and financial performance reportingDeliver clear, concise insight to ..... full job details .....
