The business is scaling fast and needs someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can get up to speed quickly, and provide the structure, coordination that a growing finance team needs during a critical period.This role will suit a highly organised, finance professional who is keen to make an immediate impact.The RoleReporting directly into the CEO, you will act as the central point of coordination across the finance function, managing an existing team and ensuring key workstreams stay on track. This is as much about people, communication, and follow-through as it is about finance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the existing finance team across financial control, collections, management accounting, and analysis, maintaining momentum and surfacing issues quicklyAct as a trusted right hand to the CEO, escalating problems, resolving bottlenecks, and keeping priorities movingMaintain oversight of the cap table via Carta, managing queries and ensuring smooth coordinationSupport the renewal of an existing banking facility, coordinating process owners and keeping the workstream on trackMaintain cash flow visibility and provide clear, actionable financial insight ..... full job details .....
