This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where finance plays a central role in driving strategic and operational decision-making.Your New RoleReporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting while strengthening financial controls, improving working capital performance and driving operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:Ownership of the month-end close process, delivering high-quality reporting within a 5-day close timetable. Providing commercial insight to improve margins, manage costs and support business decision-making. Overseeing procurement, audit, taxation, funding arrangements and statutory compliance. Supporting and developing a high-performing finance team, driving best practice and continuous improvement. Implementing scalable systems, reporting frameworks and financial controls to support future growth.Managing cash flow activities, including oversight of weekly payment runs and short to medium-term forecasting.
