It operates in a regulated environment and is at an interesting inflection point.The RoleReporting into the COO (with a dotted line into the CEO), the Interim Head of Finance will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function through a period of leadership transition. This is a hands-on role first and foremost: the priority is to steady the function, keep financial control, reporting and planning running cleanly, and get up to speed quickly with a complex fee model. Alongside the operational core, you will act as the second-line owner for client money oversight and partner with the executive team on budgeting, forecasting and commercial decisions.
