Interim Head of Finance Hertfordshire 6-Month ContractA well regarded social care provider is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to lead the stabilisation and transformation of its finance function during a period of organisational change.Working closely with the Finance Director, you will assess current processes, strengthen controls, improve reporting, develop the finance team and implement a clear improvement plan. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong operational finance leader who can quickly identify issues, drive change and deliver sustainable improvements.We are looking for an experienced Interim Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Finance Director with a proven track record of finance transformation, process improvement and team development.
