Alongside overseeing the monthly and annual finance cycle, you''ll play a key role in supporting strategic projects, improving processes, and helping shape the future finance function.Key responsibilities include:Leading the finance function and managing a small finance teamProducing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecastsPreparing statutory accounts and supporting the annual auditEnsuring strong financial controls and complianceSupporting cash flow management and long-term financial planningPartnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial and strategic financial insightContributing to finance transformation and continuous process improvementWe''re looking for someone who has:A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Previous experience leading a finance function within the charity or not-for-profit sectorStrong management accounting, ..... full job details .....
