Interim Head of Corporate Services

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is delighted to be supporting Ateb in the appointment of an Interim Head of Corporate Services. This is a 3 month contract, with the potential for extension. This is a key senior leadership appointment, reporting directly to the Chief Executive, with responsibility for providing strategic leadership across governance, assurance, risk, regulatory compliance, company secretarial services, data protection, legal services and business improvement.The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation maintains the highest standards of corporate governance and regulatory assurance, providing confidence to the Board, Executive Team and wider organisation that the right frameworks, controls and processes are in place to support effective decision-making and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding strategic leadership across corporate governance, assurance, risk, regulatory compliance and business improvement.Acting as Company Secretary to the Board and Committees, ensuring effective governance arrangements and high-quality support to Board and Committee activity.Working closely with the Board, Committees and Executive Management Team to embed a strong culture of governance, assurance and accountability across the organisation.Acting as the key organisational contact for the Welsh Government Regulation Team, coordinating regulatory requirements and ensuring regulatory matters are appropriately managed, ..... full job details .....
