      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job title: Head of Corporate Capital Projects Reports to: Director of Regeneration and Development Responsible for: Senior Development Managers Purpose Lead delivery of a multimillion-pound pipeline of capital projects, from investment planning and design through procurement, construction, completion and handover. Accountable for quality, cost control, programme performance and a well-governed portfolio aligned with organisational priorities. Key responsibilities  Deliver complex, high-value capital schemes that provide social and community infrastructure, and connect the programme to wider strategic development. Lead a multidisciplinary team of internal staff and external specialists, setting direction, managing performance and building capability. Work with service areas and asset management to shape strategies, identify investment opportunities, and commission feasibility studies, surveys and costings.
