Interim Group Reporting Accountant
We are working with a private equity-backed group based in West Yorkshire who are seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting Accountant to support their finance function through a busy reporting period.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within a fast-paced PE environment, responsible for the integrity and timeliness of group reporting and consolidation processes.Key responsibilities:Ownership of group reporting process, including flash reporting and monthly management accountsCoordination and submission of subsidiary reporting packs across the groupExcel-based consolidation of group results and supporting schedulesSupport with MA reporting requirements and investor-facing information packsEnsuring accuracy, consistency and timeliness of financial data across multiple entitiesContinuous improvement of reporting processes and controls within a partially manual environmentCandidate profile:Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong background in group reporting, consolidation and financial controlExperience within PE-backed or fast-paced multi-entity environmentsAdvanced Excel skills with experience of manual or semi-manual consolidation processesComfortable working in a hands-on, operational interim role rather than strategic financeThis role would suit a strong Group Reporting Accountant or Senior Group Accountant who enjoys working in detail, improving processes, and delivering accurate reporting in a high-pressure environment. ..... full job details .....
