Group Financial Controller

to provide strong leadership and technical oversight during a period of change.

Responsibilities

Lead the group finance function, managing a team across financial accounting, tax, treasury, and reporting.Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated reporting.Oversee the audit process and ensure full compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS.Strengthen the financial control environment and embed best practice across multiple manufacturing sites.Support integration of recent acquisitions into the group structure.Act as a key partner to the CFO on financing, cash management, and investor reporting.

Candidate Profile

ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong technical background.Manufacturing and multi-site experience essential.Demonstrated ability to manage consolidations in a complex group.Confident working in private equity environments.Immediately available or on short notice.

Qualifications and Requirements

Senior/lead level finance experience within manufacturing.
