Interim FPandA Specialist

We are currently partnering a fast-growing, PE-backed technology based business to recruit an experienced Interim FPandA Specialist to strengthen financial planning, forecasting and management information capabilities. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in improving the quality of financial insight, enhancing KPI reporting, and rebuilding forecasting and budgeting models to support the demands of a private equity environment. Key Responsibilities: - Improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting quality - Develop and enhance management information (MI) and KPI reporting - Rebuild and optimise forecasting and budgeting models - Support the preparation of the annual budget process - Business partner with commercial stakeholders on weekly and monthly revenue forecasting and pipeline conversion analysis - Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Candidate Profile: - Proven FPandA experience within a fast-paced, commercial environment - Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills - Experience improving forecasting, budgeting and management reporting processes - Confident working independently with minimal supervision - Previous exposure to PE-backed businesses is highly advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on FPandA professional who can quickly add value and drive improvements across the finance function. ..... full job details .....
