Interim FPandA Manager

NXTGEN is recruiting an experienced Interim FPandA Manager for a confidential assignment with an established organisation in Cambridgeshire. Reporting into senior finance leadership, the Interim FPandA Manager will take responsibility for the planning and analysis function, providing clear financial insight to support business performance and senior-level decision-making. This is a hands-on interim opportunity requiring someone who can quickly understand the organisation, build credibility with stakeholders and provide immediate support during a key period for the finance team. Key responsibilities will include: Leading budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting Producing performance analysis and meaningful variance commentary Partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation Developing financial models and scenario analysis Preparing management information and senior-level presentations Identifying financial risks, opportunities and areas for improvement Supporting ad hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects Leading and developing a small FPandA team Improving reporting, planning and business-partnering processes The successful Interim FPandA Manager will be a qualified accountant with strong FPandA, commercial finance and senior business-partnering experience.
