Interim FPandA Manager

Axon Moore are supporting a high-growth, private equity-backed business in the appointment of an Interim FPandA Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the Group Finance function, partnering closely with the CFO to drive strategic financial planning, deliver commercial insight, and support the continued growth of the business.The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include: Lead the Group''s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, including long-term strategic planning and rolling forecasts.Own and develop the Group valuation model, including scenario modelling, sensitivities and analysis of financial risks and opportunities.Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis and recommendations.Produce cash flow forecasts, covenant reporting and key financial analysis to support business performance.Partner with finance and operational teams across the business to drive informed decision-making and improve forecasting capabilities.Provide commercial insight into profitability, working capital, cash flow and investment opportunities.Lead and support a range of strategic finance projects as the business continues to evolve.
