Interim FPandA Manager London Hybrid Working Interim Contract A leading international not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Interim FPandA Manager to join its high-performing finance team during a critical budgeting and forecasting period. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment. You''ll play a key role in supporting senior decision-making through insightful financial analysis, planning and reporting, while partnering with stakeholders across multiple international regions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the 2027 budgeting process. Deliver the Q4 2026 forecasting cycle. Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts. Prepare high-quality financial presentations for senior leadership and governance committees. Support reporting to key external donors and funders. Business partner with regional and divisional teams, providing financial insight and challenge. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, supporting strategic decision-making. About You You''ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong FPandA experience and the confidence to hit the ground running in a busy international organisation. You''ll also bring: Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience. Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, pivot tables and financial analysis.
