OverviewWe are supporting a global, high-growth, multi-entity business in appointing an Interim FPandA Lead to provide immediate cover within the International FPandA function.This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly embed, take ownership of core reporting and analysis, and operate with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.A short handover period is expected, so the successful candidate must be available at short notice.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of core FPandA deliverables across international business units, ensuring accuracy and consistency of outputsBuild, maintain, and refine Excel-based models and reporting packs, working with large and complex datasetsProduce clear, simplified reporting outputs from complex underlying data to support senior stakeholder decision-makingDeliver detailed variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast), with robust commentary and clear articulation of driversSupport reforecasting and ongoing planning cycles, ensuring timely and accurate submission of dataImplement and maintain strong control processes, including multiple review layers and sense-checking prior to distributionPartner with finance and operational stakeholders across multiple regions to gather inputs and validate outputsStep into an existing process environment quickly, stabilising and improving where requiredCandidate ProfileProven FPandA experience within complex, multi-entity or international environmentsAdvanced Excel ..... full job details .....
