Interim Director of FPandA Midlands (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)Circa 6 months£1,000-£1,250 per day (Inside IR35)We are partnering with a listed business to appoint an experienced Interim Director of FPandA for an initial six-month assignment. This is a high-profile leadership role, requiring an individual who can quickly establish credibility with the Executive Leadership Team, provide clear commercial insight, and drive best-in-class FPandA processes within a fast-paced environment.Leading an established FPandA team, you will take ownership of the planning, reporting and performance management agenda, ensuring the business has timely, insightful information to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead the FPandA function, providing direction and leadership to the team.Own the reporting cadence, ensuring consistent, high-quality performance reporting.Deliver monthly actuals, forecasting and financial performance reporting.Support the strategic planning process.Oversee monthly cost centre reporting and performance analysis.Support quarterly earnings calls and provide high-quality information to Investor Relations.Review and enhance financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.Partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team, presenting financial performance, insights and commentary.Take ownership of executive reporting, continually improving monthly board and leadership packs with meaningful, commercially focused commentary.The ..... full job details .....
