Due to the rapid growth, transactional volumes are climbing, and both the payables and receivables ledgers need a firm hand to ensure stability. With the CFO building out the function, this is the moment to bring order to the day-to-day before the next phase of the build.The RoleReporting into the incoming finance lead, the Interim FinOps Manager will take ownership of the transactional finance function through a busy, unstructured period. This is a hands-on role first and foremost: the priority is to steady the ledgers, run accounts payable and receivable cleanly, and keep payment runs, invoice processing and bank reconciliations moving accurately while the wider function is stood up. An immediate priority is a clean-up of some aged debt and driving that cash back in.
