Interim Financial Reporting Manager Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: Upto 90KLength: Long Term Contract The Opportunity We are partnering with a growing business seeking a technically strong interim Financial Reporting Manager to join its Function This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take ownership of statutory reporting, group consolidations, external audits and financial governance within a complex multi-entity environment. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely reporting across the organisation while supporting process improvements, controls enhancement and finance transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting cycle. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP. Manage statutory accounts preparation and filing requirements across multiple entities. Own the external audit process, acting as the key point of contact for auditors. Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances. Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance across the business. Support technical accounting assessments and implementation of new accounting standards. Prepare board and executive reporting packs with insightful financial analysis.
