Interim Financial Reporting / Statutory Accountant- 3-month contract £450-£475 per day Outside IR35- Oxfordshire (Hybrid) We''re supporting a growing, fast-paced business seeking an experienced Interim Financial Reporting / Statutory Accountant to provide specialist technical support through their year-end period. This is a hands-on, project-based role focused on delivering high-quality statutory accounts under IFRS standards, stepping in to add immediate technical capability to the finance team. This opportunity suits a strong technical accountant from a practice or audit background who can quickly assess requirements, take ownership and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead preparation of IFRS the year-end statutory accountsOwn technical accounting areas including group consolidations and disclosuresSupport acquisition accounting and fair value assessmentsDeliver GAAP to IFRS conversions where requiredAccount for complex instruments (share-based payments, share options, convertible loan notes, equity transactions)Prepare and review technical papers and accounting memosAct as primary contact for external auditors, managing queries and schedulesStrengthen processes and controls to ensure audit readiness Key Requirements For This Role: Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)Strong IFRS technical reporting expertise with recent year-end delivery experiencePractice/Big 4/Top 10 audit background highly desirableProven experience in ..... full job details .....
