Interim Financial Modeller

Keeler Recruitment is recruiting for an interim assignment for an experienced financial modeller to join a finance team on a short-term basis - 3 months initially. The role involves developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting. The post-holder will work closely with the Finance Director and other finance staff to ensure models and reports provide accurate and actionable information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consolidated 3-year financial models, including 3-statement forecasting
• Update models with actual results and monitor compliance in reporting
• Assist with scenario planning and the evaluation of strategic options
• Forecast cash requirements and funding flows to ensure sufficient working capital
• Support budgeting, VAT returns, and other financial reporting as needed
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors where required

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years PQE
• Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a finance team
• Experience in capital-intensive or similar businesses is desirable
