The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a genuine financial controller role running the day-to-day finance operations of the management company; this is not a fund accounting position. You will own the control environment and reporting for the group entities, working closely with investors, fund finance, compliance and the wider team. The CFO is deliberately hands-off on day-to-day matters, so this suits someone who can operate independently from day one, hold the control environment steady and get stuck into the detail.
