An exciting high-growth consumer brand in the lifestyle space is looking for an Interim FPandA Manager / Financial Controller to support the business through a key commercial planning phase.Based in: South of England (regular HQ visits near the New Forest)Hybrid working: On-site engagement required3-6 months initiallyStart date: ASAPDay rate: Depends on experience The JobAs the Interim FPandA Manager, your responsibilities will include:Owning budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cyclesEmbedding clear FPandA structures, processes and cadencesDelivering forward-looking insight on revenue, margin, stock and cost driversPartnering closely with Trading and Merchandising teams to support commercial decision-makingLeading a business-wide cost-saving initiative from identification through to delivery and trackingSupporting stock and financial planning, including markdown risk and working capital impactProducing clear, decision-ready insight for senior stakeholdersThis is a highly commercial FPandA-led role, with minimal compliance or VAT exposure, sitting at the heart of the business during a critical growth phase.YouQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong hands-on FPandA or commercial finance backgroundExperience within retail, DTC, ecommerce or stock-based environmentsProven experience building and running forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting processesCommercial, confident and comfortable partnering trading teamsAble to add value quickly in an interim capacityApply ..... full job details .....
