Interim Financial Controller Location: Lutterworth Contract: Temporary Start: ASAP Working Pattern: 5 days office-based SF Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join a growing international manufacturing business based in Lutterworth/South Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to join the business during a period of growth and change, providing strong financial leadership, stability and support to the wider finance function. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, lead an established finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and wider international group. Key Responsibilities: Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting Manage financial reporting requirements into international Group HQ Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Oversee cash flow, working capital and liquidity management Manage statutory reporting, year-end audit and tax compliance Ensure robust financial controls and processes are maintained Provide cost analysis and commercial insight to support business performance Lead, manage and support the finance team Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, systems and processes Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and deputise when required The Successful Candidate: We are looking for an experienced Interim Financial ..... full job details .....
