This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with responsibility for financial performance, robust controls and delivering insight that supports operational improvements. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the site finance team. Partner with the Director and operational heads to challenge performance and identify savings. Own month-end reporting, balance sheet integrity, budgeting and forecasting. Oversee manufacturing costs, labour, materials and utilities. Manage product costing, inventory controls and working capital. Support capital investment proposals and track benefits. Maintain strong financial controls and audit readiness.
