Interim Financial Controller

This is far more than a "keep the lights on" finance role. You''ll be the senior finance lead, providing stability, insight and control while helping the business integrate into its new ownership structure. You''ll work closely with the Directors, support and develop the existing finance team, and ensure the finance function is robust, scalable and fit for the next phase of growth. We''re looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, can quickly identify priorities, and has the gravitas to partner with stakeholders across the business. What you''ll be doingLeading the day-to-day finance function and managing a small team.Owning the monthly management accounts process, reporting and financial insight.Managing cashflow, forecasting and financial controls.Leading on audit, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance Partnering with Directors on performance, profitability and commercial decision-making.Reviewing and strengthening finance processes to support future growth.What we''re looking forProven Financial Controller experience within an SME or a subsidiary of an international group.Strong technical accounting background with experience of audit and statutory reporting.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.A hands-on approach combined with strong commercial acumen.Available to start at short notice.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys bringing structure, confidence and clarity during periods ..... full job details .....
