Interim Finance Transformation Financial Controller Location: West London / Greater London - Predominately site based Initial Duration: 4-5 weeks Potential: Opportunity to develop into a permanent Group FC/HOF level roleDay Rate - Negotiable An established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced, hands-on finance professional to come in initially on a project basis to review and strengthen its finance function. The business is going through a period of change and growth, and needs someone who can quickly get under the skin of the current finance set-up, identify where improvements are needed and put stronger processes and controls in place. The initial project will focus on: Reviewing the current finance function, processes and reporting Supporting the implementation of a new accounting system Improving controls, processes and overall financial discipline Reviewing the quality and accuracy of management information Working closely with the existing finance team to ensure new processes are properly embedded Identifying any gaps within the current structure and recommending improvements Providing senior-level financial support and insight to the wider business They''re looking for someone who is very hands-on and comfortable getting into the detail, but who also has the experience and gravitas to operate at FC/FD level and work closely with the senior leadership team.
