Lead the preparation and review of monthly management reporting and financial analysis. Oversee the balance sheet, reconciliations, cash flow and working capital. Ensure robust financial controls and processes are maintained across the business. Provide meaningful analysis around costs, margins, production performance and profitability. Work closely with operational teams to improve financial visibility and performance. Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Improve processes, controls and reporting. Assist with year-end accounts, audit and statutory reporting. Provide financial support on operational and business improvement projects. Act as a key finance partner to the senior leadership team.
