The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar, with a strong technical accounting background and a genuine interest in using technology to improve financial processes, reporting and decision-making. Experience within a high-growth, technology-led, R&D, or innovation-focused environment would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a modern finance function, picking up new systems quickly and using data and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of financial reporting.
