We''re working with a leading international organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation programme and are seeking a technically strong accountant to support key governance and process improvement initiatives across its Ireland and Benelux operations.This is a predominantly remote role, with regular fully expensed travel to a single site in Ireland (approximately 7-8 visits per month) and occasional travel to the London office.The OpportunityYou''ll play a pivotal role in strengthening financial controls, improving balance sheet integrity and supporting wider finance transformation and IPO readiness initiatives. This is a hands-on assignment where you''ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by embedding robust processes and improving financial governance.Key Responsibilities Lead the completion and standardisation of balance sheet reconciliations, resolving legacy issues and ensuring all accounts are fully supported. Establish a robust monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, delivering reconciliations by Working Day 6/7. Document, review and standardise finance processes alongside the wider EMEA Finance team.
