We''re partnering with a globally recognised not-for-profit organisation seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join its Finance team on a 7-month contract. Supporting an organisation with an annual turnover of approximately £35 million, you''ll play a key role in maintaining a robust financial control environment while helping drive continuous improvement across finance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with process improvement, stakeholder engagement and financial control. The Role Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will ensure the integrity of financial information, strengthen internal controls and support statutory reporting. You''ll also act as a trusted adviser to colleagues across the organisation, helping non-finance stakeholders navigate financial policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Lead the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and resolve outstanding issues. Manage intercompany reconciliations and payroll control accounts.
