Interim Financial Accountant - Private Equity Backed Business Nottingham (1-2 days per week on-site)? Minimum 3-month contract Immediate start required Must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) I''m supporting a large, fast-paced private equity-backed organisation that is urgently seeking an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to provide critical technical support during a busy period. This role will suit someone who is confident working at pace, can quickly take ownership of key balance sheet areas, and is comfortable operating in a high-growth, PE-backed environment. Key Responsibilities Lead on fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation and reconciliationsManage intangible assets and ensure accurate reporting and complianceTake full ownership of intercompany reconciliations across multiple entitiesSupport month-end close activities and deliver accurate balance sheet controlsWork closely with the Financial Controller and wider finance team to strengthen processes and ensure clean, reliable financial dataProvide ad-hoc technical support during a period of increased activity ?
