Interim Finance Transformation Lead Poole (On-site) Interim 2-5 months (potential to extend) £400 - £450 per day (via umbrella)We are supporting a growing and evolving business in Poole in their search for an Interim Finance Transformation Lead to support a key period of change and development.This is a high-impact, project-focused role working closely with senior leadership to help shape the future finance structure, systems and processes across a multi-entity group.The RoleThis is a hands-on transformation role focused on finance change, systems, structure and process improvement, rather than day-to-day team management.Key responsibilities include:Leading finance transformation projects as the business transitions to a group structureSupporting the setup of new entities and holding companies, including controls, reporting and processesWorking alongside external advisors on tax, HMRC requirements and group structuringReviewing and improving finance systems, processes and controls across the groupSupporting implementation of new systems and operational improvementsDesigning the future finance operating model and group reporting structureActing as a senior escalation point for the finance team where requiredSupporting the team through change, bringing structure, clarity and stabilityManaging project timelines and delivering change initiatives across the finance functionAbout YouYou will be an experienced interim finance professional who thrives in environments undergoing ..... full job details .....
