Interim Finance Operations Manager

The Opportunity A growing and well-established business in Bristol is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Operations Manager to provide leadership across its transactional finance function during a period of business transformation and continued growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and wider finance operations, whilst driving process improvements and supporting key operational projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Operations professional to join a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a transactional finance team covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Ensure all finance operations are delivered accurately and on time Review and improve existing finance processes, controls and procedures Monitor team KPIs and productivity, identifying areas for improvement Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Commercial teams Drive improvements in cash collection, debtor performance and supplier management Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies Support ongoing finance transformation and systems improvement projects Manage escalated finance queries and provide operational leadership across the department About You To be successful in ..... full job details .....
