This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong transactional finance experience to support the effective financial management of multiple schools within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring financial controls are maintained and that purchasing, payments, income and reconciliations are processed accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the operation and monitoring of financial accounts and budgets.Process purchase orders, invoices and supplier payments in line with established financial procedures.Verify budget availability prior to processing expenditure.Administer BACS payments and other authorised financial transactions.Reconcile bank accounts, payment cards and supplier statements.Process and record income, ensuring accurate banking and financial records.Maintain petty cash records and ensure all transactions are appropriately authorised.Resolve supplier queries and investigate outstanding items.Liaise with ..... full job details .....
