Interim Finance Manager - North West London

PE-Backed Business North West London Hybrid - 3 Days Office A fast-growing, private equity-backed business based in North West London is looking to appoint a hands-on Interim Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys being close to the detail and wants to play a key role in a dynamic, growing business. The role will have significant responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the finance function, with a particular focus on month-end, management reporting, reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls. The Role Reporting into the senior finance team, you will take ownership of a broad range of finance responsibilities, including: Leading the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting reporting packs Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting Preparing and analysing financial information for senior management Managing journals, accruals, prepayments and other month-end adjustments Supporting the wider finance team with year-end and audit processes Maintaining robust financial controls and processes Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes Working closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and commercial insight as required About You ..... full job details .....
