Finance Manager Role type: Interim with potential to become permanentWorking hours: Full time, with part time considered for the right candidateCompany OverviewOur client is a fast growing Managed Service Provider specialising in Managed IT Services, Business Communications for businesses across the UKKThe business is now looking to appoint an experienced Interim Head of Finance / Financial Controller to support the board and wider team across day to day finance operations, cash management, process improvement and multi entity bookkeeping.Role OverviewThis role has been created to bring greater structure, consistency and visibility to the finance function during a period of continued growth.The immediate focus will be to strengthen day to day finance operations, bring bookkeeping across the group entities up to date, improve cash visibility, and ensure the business has accurate and timely management information.This is a hands on role suited to someone commercially pragmatic, organised and comfortable operating in a growing SME environment where cash is actively managed and profits are largely reinvested into the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Operations and Team Support Oversee day to day finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and support for the wider accounts team.Credit Control and Debt Recovery Support the team with customer payments and aged debtors, ensuring debt is reported on, followed up and actively managed.Cash Flow ..... full job details .....
