Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes. Prepare and present financial updates to senior management. Assist with audits and ensure accurate financial documentation. Profile A successful Interim Finance Manager should have: A professional accounting qualification, eg, CIMA, ACCA, ICAS etc Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations. Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
