We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join an established organisation that has gone through a recent period of growth for an initial 3-6 month assignment. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the monthly management accounts and reporting cycle Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow reporting Provide analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities Maintain strong financial controls and ensure balance-sheet reconciliations are completed Support year-end, audit and statutory reporting requirements as required Review and improve existing finance processes and reporting Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be: ACA qualified or equivalent (ACCA, CIMA or comparable qualification) An experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar senior finance professional Residing in a commutable distance to central Oxford Strong across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Happy to be hands on and commercially minded in a fast paced environment.
