Interim Finance Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their Leeds based finance team. This is a hands on role covering the day to day finance function, with some involvement in systems, reporting and process improvement. Key responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting reportsProduce budgets, forecasts and cash flow informationComplete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controlsSupport statutory reporting and the external audit processMaintain and develop financial reporting within Sage 200Review existing finance processes and make practical improvements where requiredProduce and develop reporting using ExcelSupport finance systems and data-related workProvide financial information to management and operational teamsAssist with other areas of the finance function as requiredCandidate profile:Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar accounting roleQualified, part qualified or qualified by experienceGood management accounts, budgeting and cash flow experienceStrong Excel and general systems skillsComfortable working with financial data and reportingA practical, hands-on approachAvailable to undertake a temporary assignmentPackage and working pattern Initial temporary assignment based in the West Leeds area. Salary or day rate will be dependent on experience but applicants are expected to be in the region of £60,000 per annum.
