Interim Finance Manager

Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance is recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing organisation seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support its finance function during a key period of transition and growth.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who can quickly add value, provide financial leadership, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.Your new role Lead and oversee the finance function.Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes.Ensure robust financial controls and compliance procedures are maintained.Support month-end and year-end reporting requirements.Oversee payroll, VAT returns, and statutory reporting.Provide financial analysis and strategic insight to senior management.Identify and implement process improvements where required.Manage relationships with external auditors and key stakeholders.Support and mentor finance team members.What you''ll need to succeed Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Demonstrable experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance position.Strong management accounting and financial reporting expertise.Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.Advanced Excel and finance systems knowledge.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.Available to start immediately ..... full job details .....
