Interim Finance Manager

An Interim Finance Manager for a PE-Backed Global Production Entity in North Manchester Your new company A private equity-backed global manufacturing business headquartered in the US, with operations across multiple international sites. The UK entity is currently seeking interim support due to the relocation of their Finance Manager. The company is known for its innovative approach to production and is a key supplier to healthcare providers across Europe. Your new role This is an interim Financial Manager position, reporting to the Finance Director. You''ll be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with US GAAP, managing cash flow and working capital, and supporting financial planning and analysis. You''ll also coordinate audits, ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations, and lead a small team of three. What you''ll need to succeed You''ll bring a qualification in Accounting with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a leadership role within a multinational manufacturing environment. Strong technical accounting knowledge in UK GAAP/IFRS is essential, with US GAAP and SOX experience highly desirable.
