Interim Finance Manager (Group Reporting)
Global Accounting Network are partnering with a PE-backed Professional Services Firm who are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to lead them through their Group Audit and manage their Group Consolidation. This is an initial 6 month contract, based in Central London (3 days per week in the office). This is a hands-on role requiring a proven interim operator who will take ownership of the full group month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes. It is ideally suited to an experienced Finance Manager with a strong track record in group reporting and audit coordination.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end group consolidation and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end management accounts.Act as the primary owner for the group external audit - managing auditor relationships, acting as key point of contact, and ensuring all audit deliverables are met to a high standard and on time.Take hands-on responsibility for technical accounting areas, including complex consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and group accounting policies.Prepare high-quality group reporting packs and provide commercial insights to senior stakeholders and the PE board.Drive process improvements and strengthen controls within the group finance and reporting function.Support broader financial management and ad-hoc projects as required in a fast-paced PE environment.Qualifications / Ideal ProfileACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (essential).Significant post-qualified experience in group ..... full job details .....
