Interim Finance Manager

A well-established manufacturing business based in Poole, Dorset, is seeking a professional Interim Finance Manager to join their team. What will the Interim Finance Manager role involve?

· Cash flow forecasting and reporting;
· Leading and overseeing month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting;
· Managing relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate financial planning and analysis;
· Overseeing transactional finance including sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations;
· Ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Manager vacancy:

· Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role within manufacturing or industrial sectors;
· High level knowledge of transactional finance and cash flow forecasting;
· Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior management;
· Demonstrable ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure;
· Relevant accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential;
