This is a collaborative, non-hierarchical role designed to add capacity and expertise rather than replace existing leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and ControlsSupport delivery of monthly management reporting and key financial outputsMaintain and strengthen financial controls across the functionAssist with audit preparation and external auditor liaisonContribute to the month-end reporting cycleTreasury and Working CapitalSupport cashflow forecasting and working capital managementAssist with banking relationships and invoice finance arrangementsMonitor cash position and highlight risks/opportunitiesSystems and Process ImprovementReview and enhance finance processes and systemsIdentify efficiencies and support implementation of improvementsDocument processes and embed new ways of workingTeam and Business SupportWork closely with the Finance Manager to ensure continuity of outputsProvide cover and support as requiredAssist the wider finance team through organisational changeSupport ..... full job details .....
