Job Title: Interim Finance Lead Location: South Lincolnshire/Peterborough Contract: 6 Month Contract (Immediate Start)OverviewThe Collective Network is partnering with a well-established, family-owned fresh produce business in South Lincolnshire to appoint an Interim Finance Manager.Operating within a fast-paced FMCG environment, this is a hands-on role supporting the Finance Director during a key period, with a focus on financial control, reporting, and operational performance.The RoleA broad, operational finance position with responsibility for core finance processes, cash flow, and driving improvements across reporting and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close and ensure accurate reportingMaintain balance sheet reconciliations and financial controlsSupport management accounts and leadership reportingAssist with audit and statutory reportingManage cash flow forecasting and working capitalOversee ledger activity and support the wider finance teamDrive process and reporting improvementsKey RequirementsExperience as a Finance Manager or Senior Management AccountantStrong cash flow, reporting, and financial control backgroundSolid understanding of month-end, AP/AR, and balance sheet recsAdvanced Excel and ERP system experienceComfortable in a fast-paced, operational environmentFMCG, food, or agriculture experience preferredAvailable immediately or at short noticeAbout YouHands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating at pace, with the ability to support both ..... full job details .....
