They will consider a 4 day week. We are currently supporting a Liverpool-based organisation with the appointment of an experienced Interim FD for an initial six-month assignment. This is a senior leadership position requiring an experienced finance professional who can provide immediate leadership, stability and strategic financial oversight during an important period of change. The Role Reporting to the COO, the Interim FD will take responsibility for the leadership of the finance function and will work closely with the Executive Team and Board. Key responsibilities will include: Providing strategic and operational financial leadership Leading and supporting the finance team Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting Strengthening financial controls, governance and processes Supporting the CEO and Board with financial insight and decision-making Managing audit, risk and statutory requirements Reviewing the effectiveness of the existing finance function Supporting organisational change and longer-term financial planning About You We are looking...
