Finance Director 6-9 Months Location: Central London (Hybrid Working Available) Contract: Interim, 6 Months Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) An exciting opportunity to lead finance within a globally respected charitable foundation We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim Finance Director to join a high-profile international foundation for an initial six-month period, while they decide on permanent recruitment. Working closely with the Executive Director and Board Committees, you will take responsibility for the organisation''s entire finance function, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, reporting and governance across a complex portfolio of grant-making, investments and property interests. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine charity finance, investment oversight and strategic financial leadership within an organisation making a significant global impact. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of financial management and reporting Produce quarterly management accounts and financial analysis for senior leadership and Trustees Oversee cashflow management and financial planning Prepare statutory accounts and regulatory returns Charity Sorp Manage UK payroll and coordinate overseas payroll arrangements Complete VAT, Corporation Tax and other relevant taxation returns Monitor and reconcile investment portfolios, including foreign currency transactions Oversee accounting and reporting for restricted funds and grants Review project ..... full job details .....
