Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping shape the continued growth of the organisation.This is a fully office-based role, requiring attendance five days per week. Key areas of responsibility include:Monthly management accounts, cash reporting, and forecasting.Financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.Banking, covenants, and lender reporting.Tax, fixed assets, and capital expenditure oversight.Revenue assurance, including invoicing and service charge processes.Financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and audit coordination.
